Targeted Support and Placement for a Successful Start in the Workforce

The transition from school to vocational training and later into the labour market poses particularly great challenges for young people with mental or other illnesses. With the continued development of the IV (disability insurance), targeted efforts are being made to ensure that, whenever possible, young beneficiaries at risk of disability do not begin their adult lives as pensioners.

Youth coaching

Successful transition into the labour market

To achieve this, adolescents and young adults with mental or other health problems require targeted support during the transitions from compulsory schooling to vocational training and subsequently into the labour market. With the further development of IV (disability insurance), measures have been introduced to increase the opportunities for these adolescents and young adults concerned to successfully integrate into the primary labour market.

With our systemic coaching, we support adolescents and young adults in their transition from school to the primary labour market. We focus on individualised job application coaching, targeted placement within and outside our network of employers as well as targeted challenges and support in developing potential. Collaboration within the support system is also a key element in reducing integration barriers and activating resources.
