Patricia Augsburger
After successfully graduating from the Hotel Management School in Lausanne, she spent several years in 5-star hospitality both domestically and abroad. In 2012, she decided to pursue a career change and participated in various training programs in coaching, burnout prevention, and resilience. In 2019 and 2023, she successfully completed her studies in "CAS Case Management" and "CAS Health Promotion and Prevention." After her professional reorientation, she worked as an independent coach, including for an outplacement company, and led workshops on the aforementioned topics. Since 2017, as a Case Manager and Job Coach, she has passionately supported individuals with health-related and psychosocial concerns.

Roman Bernhard
After completing his commercial training, he transitioned into the social insurance sector in 2002, specializing in the professional integration of individuals with health impairments. He pursued various further education courses in social insurance, case management, and coaching for adults, children, and adolescents, with a specialization in AD(H)S coaching. In addition to his primary role, he works as a lecturer in the aforementioned educational fields. He approaches clients with respect, highlighting their resources, nurturing their strengths, and developing creative solutions to help them successfully achieve their goals.

Sergio Bortolin
Sergio Bortolin has been CEO of the Asga Pensionskasse for 13 years. A recognized expert in occupational pensions, he has held various leadership positions in the pension sector at "Winterthur Leben" and "Winterthur International" since 1984. In 2004, he became CEO of Winterthur Life in Taiwan, a subsidiary of Axa-Winterthur with around 500 employees. At the beginning of 2008, he was appointed a member of the Executive Board Switzerland at Swiss Life and Head of the “Large Clients & Partners” business area. In 2011, he became Spokesperson of the Executive Board of Swiss Life Austria AG in Vienna. At the end of 2012, Sergio Bortolin took over the management of the Asga Pensionskasse, which he will hand over to his successor at the end of 2025. Since May 2024, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Sulser & Partner.

Nicole Bucher
After completing her commercial training and working as a civil registrar, Nicole Bucher transitioned to the healthcare sector and later to social insurance. During her time at the IV Office, she furthered her education by becoming a certified social insurance specialist and a personnel administration officer. After an internal transfer to the role of integration consultant, she also earned a DAS in Applied Psychology in the Workplace and a CAS in Case Management. With her empathetic and respectful approach, she engages with clients at eye level, offering competent and solution-oriented advice backed by her extensive knowledge in social insurance.

Anne Colyn
After a decade of self-employment as a complementary medical therapist, she transitioned to the health insurance sector in 2016. She effectively applies her academic background in Public Health, with a focus on Pain Management, to the medical coordination of clients in case management. With experience in both specialist and leadership roles, she is passionately committed to the topics of care, empowerment, reintegration, prevention, and health. With additional training in social insurance, lateral management, and financial management, she interacts with customers and clients in four different languages.

Jacqueline David
Before joining Sulser & Partner in 2018, she had been self-employed for 19 years as a coach, career consultant, and personnel developer in her own consulting business. She supported professionals from various industries and levels in navigating career transitions, helping them develop new perspectives. In 2024, she successfully completed her training as a mediator at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences. She is also trained in psychology from the University of Zurich, as a resilience trainer by the H.B.T Academy in Germany, as a trainer, and in various consulting methods such as transactional analysis, visualization techniques, and career counseling for individuals over 50. She began her career at a large Swiss bank, where she worked in corporate banking for several years.

Pietro Della Valle
He has a commercial background in private insurance and initially worked as a claims specialist. Later, he trained in restaurant and food service management and managed various hospitality businesses. In 2010, he transitioned into social insurance, where he worked as a specialist for financial and material benefits at the IV office until 2019. During this time, he pursued further education in social insurance. In 2022 and 2023, he successfully completed his studies in "CAS Case Management" and "CAS Systemic Coaching." Today, he applies his experience with the necessary empathy in providing guidance and support for individuals in difficult life situations.

Désirée Eugster
The trained marketing specialist worked for many years in specialist and management positions in the media industry. In 2009, she completed her studies to become an academic mental coach at the University of Salzburg and ran her own practice for process- and resource-orientated coaching until the end of 2016. In 2024, she successfully completed her training as a mediator specialising in business and labour issues at the Konstanz School of Mediation. Since 2014, she has been contributing her extensive knowledge to case management and professional reintegration at Sulser & Partner with great commitment and passion.

After 23 years of working in the healthcare sector in various leadership roles, she transitioned to case management at a large health and sickness benefit insurance company in 2008. With 5 years of experience in part-time self-employment as an executive coach, along with knowledge gained from her Master's degree in Supervision and Coaching at ZHAW and a CAS in Case Management at the University of Lucerne, she has successfully applied her expertise to vocational reintegration. To cover all aspects of healthy work, she completed a Master's in Occupational Health Management at the University of Lucerne. After 2 years of experience in project management for digital health programs, she joined Sulser & Partner to provide empathetic and experienced advice to clients in difficult life situations.

Karen von Hardenberg
After completing a language degree in English and Spanish and receiving journalistic training, she worked as an editor for a nationwide German news channel, focusing on finance, insurance, and health topics in the advisory magazine segment. After moving to Switzerland, she developed a growing interest in human psychology and pursued training as a naturopath specializing in psychotherapy, as well as becoming a certified integral coach (ACC/ICF). For over five years, she has worked primarily with a systemic and solution-oriented coaching approach. Additionally, during her self-employment, she supported a Zurich-based company in helping women re-enter the workforce after a career break through coaching and workshops.

Claudia Heldstab
After 20 years of working as a teacher, she decided to reorient her career and completed further training in Human Resources. She deepened her expertise in the personnel field of private companies, including in social insurance matters. Her work with and for people led her, before joining Sulser & Partner, to the field of vocational integration. There, she led a program for temporary employment and supported individuals with diverse backgrounds in a respectful and responsible manner during their professional reintegration. The completion of the CAS in Supported Employment complements her multifaceted experience.

Rahel Holenstein
Years of diverse experience in project management for theater and documentary films have fostered flexibility and a goal-oriented mindset in administrative work. Further training in digital transformation and knowledge management now come into play in her role handling invoicing at Sulser & Partner. Her responsibilities also include editing reports and minutes, as well as providing support and a listening ear for clients, consultants, and customers.

Sonja Hunziker-Killer
She started her career in private insurance with a commercial apprenticeship, gained experience in banking and trust services, and then transitioned to the social insurance sector. At the disability insurance office, she worked in various departments, including a long tenure as a specialist in cash benefits. During this time, she completed the federal social insurance specialist certification and worked as a lecturer. In 2021, she moved into reintegration support and successfully completed the CAS in Case Management at Bern University of Applied Sciences. With her solution-oriented mindset, motivating and empathetic nature, and extensive knowledge in social insurance, she is a competent advisor for our clients.

As an entrepreneur and board member, he has been committed to the topics of health and work for over 20 years. A historian with a postgraduate degree in business management from ETH, he is passionate about developing and introducing innovative services as well as designing and implementing corporate strategies. In the field of workplace health management, his focus lies on SME-appropriate solutions that are well integrated into both strategic and operational leadership. Sophie Kiefer Keller
After completing her Master's degree in Psychology and Psychopathology, Sophie Kiefer began working as an integration consultant for the disability insurance in vocational reintegration. In 2011, she transitioned to the private sector and has since worked as a case manager and job coach. She expanded her professional skills through further training as a systemic coach and consultant, as well as a stress and burnout mentor. With great joy and dedication, she supports and advises individuals in difficult life situations, along with the people involved in the process.

Roland Marti
After completing his commercial training and working as an administrative employee, Roland Marti trained as a nurse and intensive care nurse. He then pursued a qualification as an adult educator and worked as a training specialist. His interest in people became the focus of his career. After taking on the role of head of training in a non-profit organization, he continued his education as a federally certified management expert and business economist. Roland Marti earned a CAS in Case Management and, since 2012, has been passionately supporting individuals after illness or accidents, as well as during crises and difficult life situations, as a case manager.

She has a commercial background and worked for many years in the claims department of private insurance companies. Myriam Pochon-Oberson
After completing an apprenticeship as a commercial employee with vocational maturity at a law firm, she worked in occupational pensions in Bern. With a federal diploma in social insurance, she transitioned into human resources, where she was responsible for managing sickness and accident absences for a large evangelical organization in Fribourg. She has been working in case management for 15 years and obtained her CAS in Case Management from the Bern University of Applied Sciences in 2023. With her passion for interpersonal interactions, she has developed analytical and coordination skills throughout her career and supports individuals in any situation with the appropriate measures. Myriam Pochon-Oberson works with our French-speaking clients.

In his longstanding career as a restaurateur, he has passionately pursued his profession for 30 years. As a federally certified hotel and restaurant manager (HF/SHL), he was able to unleash his creativity and drive, including during his years of self-employment. As a coach, case manager, and head of a training center, he integrated and supported clients and young people in need of assistance in entering the labor market across various industries, as well as in the 4- and 5-star hospitality sector. After completing his vocational training as a carpenter, he worked as Head of Technical Services and was responsible for occupational safety (EKAS) and environmental management at a large integration institution in Eastern Switzerland.
