Early Support for Reintegration
Mental illness is currently the most common reason for a disability (IV) pension. While the total number of pension recipients has been falling steadily for ten years, the number of people who leave the labour market due to a mental illness remains consistently high.
It has been proven that integration measures are effective preparation for subsequent vocational training. Our aim is to support the beneficiaries with our services and promote reintegration into the primary labour market at a very early stage.
Our Competences for Disability Insurance (IV)
In systemic coaching, we support young people and adults using the methods of Supported Employment/Education and Case Management. Our aim is sustainable integration into the primary labour market by reducing barriers to integration, increasing resources and enhancing self-efficacy.
