We support youths and their training companies in resolving conflicts and crises. Our preventative approach helps to recognise and address difficulties at an early stage to ensure the successful completion of the apprenticeship.
Collaboration with Companies and Doctors
Our aim is to collaboratively develop plans with training companies and medical professionals to promote youth’s training skills and improve long-term career prospects. By conducting regular assessments and maintaining close collaboration with all parties involved, we ensure transparency and effectively evaluate learning progress.
